Automation in a small footprint
The internal structure of the DILETTA Passport Workstation One has been designed to achieve an ultra-compact size for extremely short pass running distances inside the machine. It requires only a limited installation space - so it can be freely installed. The special design of the internal structure has made it possible to integrate the functions in a compact and simple form without wasting space. Its compact size allows it to be installed in any location and to move through any door frame.
Perfection in colour printing
For those who rely on the highest print quality, DILETTA Passport Workstation One is an excellent choice. Each passport page shows laser-printed contours and clearly defined shading. A first-class print quality on all security papers, both with traditional dye inks, fully pigmented inks and invisible fluorescent inks. Not only the printing of the machine-readable lines and the visible zones is of the highest quality, but also the impressive colour photo print. This is achieved by the high performance of the print head with a resolution of up to 4800 dpi (dots per inch). Two print heads installed in parallel do the job - the DILETTA Passport Workstation One sets the professional standard for colour printing at the passport issuing office.
High capacity ink tanks
DILETTA Passport Workstation One takes care of the needs of a busy passport issuing office. The specially developed individual ink tanks can be easily replaced independently of each other and make the operating costs for both mono and colour prints extremely economical. The DILETTA inliner comes standard with 150 ml high capacity ink tanks (66 ml for black and 28 ml for each colour ink tank), so you can easily handle large print volumes.

Customize your passport personalization system.Input unit
Feeding opened passport to the Passport Issuance System. Passports can be added to the feeder without interrupt of production process.
Book identification unit
A book can be identified by reading a number or barcode with a camera from the outside cover or data page.
RFID Contactless Chip Encoder
You can equip your DILETTA passport system with an integrated contactless chip encoder. So you can write in one-pass the holders' information during the production process. The module supports all ISO 14443 type A and ISO 14443 type B chips with a transfer rate up to 848 kBit/s on Air Interface.
Lamination Unit
Laminator applies a laminate foil onto the personalised data page. The foil is processed from roll to roll.
Quality Assurance Reader
Visual inspection of printed data under daylight, infra-red light and ultraviolet light. Electronical inspection of contactless chip.
Output Unit
Separate boxes for good and bad passports.
Signal Tower
indicating status of machine. Freely programable.
