Small Footprint
The DILETTA CPL180HD internal structure has been designed to realize a compact size and full front operation. It requires only a limited installation space - Allowing it to be installed freely. By specially designing the internal structure it has been possible to incorporate the functions in a compact and simple square sheet form, without wasting space. In addition full front operation allows convenient handling of passports.
Perfect Laminating Result in Seconds
The CPL180HD has a pre-set laminating temperature and speed, adjusted to specific applications and non accessible for operators to avoid bad end results. Temperature as well as speed is very stable during the entire laminating process. Perfect end-result is guaranteed.
The Temperature Sensor is integrated in the heating element and constantly measures the exact temperature of the heating elements. It feeds the controller board with very accurate information about the heating. Hence, the PCB is capable of constantly sending small adjustments to the heating making sure the system delivers constant laminating temperature throughout the entire process.

CPL180 HDF Laminator with Automatic Passport Input Hopper
The DILETTA CPL180HDF laminator comes with an integrated auto feeder for passports. It can load up to:
- 48 passport booklets with 32 pages
- 32 passport booklets with 48 pages
- 24 passport booklets with 64 pages
CPL180 HDS Laminator with Automatic Passport Output Hopper
The DILETTA CPL180HDS laminator comes with an integrated auto stacker and a detachable passport hopper for passports. The hopper can load up to:
- 48 passport booklets with 32 pages
- 32 passport booklets with 48 pages
- 24 passport booklets with 64 pages
CPL180 HDFS Laminator with Automatic Passport Input & Output Hopper
