Full-page passport scanner
DILETTA full-page passport readers are specialised hardware devices designed for the rapid capture, authentication and extraction of identity data from passports, identity cards, visas and boarding passes. They combine OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology for the machine-readable zone (MRZ), RFID/NFC chip interrogation for biometric passports, and multispectral imaging (visible light, infrared and UV light) to detect forgeries.
