2004 stellte DILETTA sein neues revolutionäres Drucksystem für Reisepässe vor. Heute stellt DILETTA sein neues revolutionäres System zur Laminierung von biometrischen Reisepässen vor. Die neue Generation von DILETTA Hochgeschwindigkeits-Laminatoren wurde speziell für das Laminieren von sogenannten e-Reisepässen mit eingenähter Folie entwickelt. Beim Laminieren wird keinerlei Druck oder Hitze auf das Chip-Inlay ausgeübt, welche diese beschädigen könnten.

Überragende Geschwindigkeit

Der DILETTA SpeedLam laminiert jeden ICAO kompatiblen Reisepass mit 4 bis zu 100 Seiten ohne jegliche manuelle Justierung. Das Laminieren benötigt ca. 9 bis 15 Sekunden pro Pass (abhängig von der Aktivierungszeit ggf. auch länger).

Kompakte Abmessungen

The DILETTA SpeedLam internal structure has been designed to realize a compact size and full front operation. It requires only a limited installation space - Allowing it to be installed freely. By specially designing the internal structure it has been possible to incorporate the functions in a compact and simple square sheet form, without wasting space. In addition full front operation allows convenient handling of passports.

Perfektes Laminierergebnis in Sekundenschnelle

The SpeedLam has a pre-set laminating temperature and speed, adjusted to specific applications and non accessible for operators to avoid bad end results. Temperature as well as speed is very stable during the entire laminating process. Perfect end-result is guaranteed.

The Temperature Sensor is integrated in the heating element and constantly measures the exact temperature of the heating elements. It feeds the controller board with very accurate information about the heating. Hence, the PCB is capable of constantly sending small adjustments to the heating making sure the system delivers constant laminating temperature throughout the entire process.
